The University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Foundation is bringing a little taste of home to the hospital by providing a traditional Thanksgiving meal to the countless patients and their families forced to spend the holiday at Markey while undergoing treatment.
What’s become a tradition for the Markey Cancer Foundation, due to the generous donations given in conjunction with a holiday giving campaign, is a much appreciated slice of normalcy for the patients, nurses, and patient families.
