The UK Markey Cancer Center recently received a 5-year renewal of their National Cancer Institute (NCI) designation as one of the country’s leading cancer care and research facilities. In its rationale for selecting Markey among the top cancer facilities in the country, the editorial team at Becker’s Hospital Review cited Markey’s recent ranking with U. S. News & World Report as #38 in the top 50 adult cancer hospitals in the country.
