While the Markey Golf Classic has become one of the premier golf outings in the Bluegrass, the Markey Calcutta Dinner, taking place the Saturday prior, has become an event all its own.
This year’s event will be held at the beautiful Mt. Brilliant Farm and will feature cocktails, live music, and a delicious dinner. The evening’s festivities will also include an exciting live auction, as well as a Calcutta auction, where guests can bid on teams of golfers while enjoying a light-hearted roast of the players. This event isn’t one to miss!

The Markey Golf Classic at Champion Trace Golf Course
Shotgun start: 12:30PM
Now in its 21st year, the Markey Golf Classic is one of the Commonwealth’s premier charity golf outings and has raised over $5 million dollars in support of the Markey Cancer Foundation and the ongoing battle against cancer.
As in years past, the day of golf will feature a buffet lunch and cocktails on the patio prior to the 12:30PM shotgun start; prizes for the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd placed teams, longest drive, and closest to the pin, and luxury timepieces for the winning team of two.
