Bourbon and Jazz Event to Benefit Triple Negative Breast Cancer Research

University of Kentucky Markey Cancer Center doctors Edward H. Romond, Aju Mathew and Kathleen L. O’Connor will be honored and supported at Bourbon & Jazz for the Cure on Saturday, October 15, 2016 at 6:30pm at the Frankfort Country Club.

Presented by the Frankfort Country Club Rally for the Cure, Inc., the “party with a purpose” will benefit the Triple Negative Breast Cancer research being carried out by Drs. Romond and O’Connor at the UK Markey Cancer Center campus.

The evening will include a silent and live auction and commemorative bottle signing by UK Markey Cancer Center Director, Dr. Mark Evers, and Buffalo Trace Master Distiller Harlan Wheatley.

The “eat, drink, and be giving”-themed event will feature music from The Frankfort Jazztet. Tickets are $50 per person and cocktail attire is suggested.
